A little dated and could use a renovation. Great location. Service was decent but staff appeared frustrated with some items that weren't functioning. I would stay again.
This hotel was nice, had good room service and clean rooms. However, their drinks for sale in the lobby were too expensive, including charging $4 for a can of Arizona tea. The pillows were uncomfortably thin to the point I might as well have just laid my head on the mattress. The shower head water steam also very strong and uncomfortable. Otherwise no major problems with this hotel.
Brent was great, total professional, took care of me and the other front staff was good too. Good was fresh but the waitresses did not want to work. It was 6pm and one was already asking the other if it was time to close yet. Food waited for 5 minutes in the windows while one of them was eating and the other was working. Otherwise great location.
Suites were nice and clean upon arrival. Did not care for the fact that the rooms are cleaned every other day especially since we stayed over 5 days. Also disappointed that the handicap parking is not monitored better. 623-203
Very convenient from the airport and to my meetings for the week. Not much around the hotel to walk to, but everything was an easy drive for places to eat and a few touristy sites. They have a decent grab and go market by the front desk and ample lobby area to sit and do some telework if needed. The room was comfortable and wrll maintained. The showers were hot with good pressure and the room had a mini fridge and coffee bar, although I didn't use it. Pretty much in line with what you would expect for a pretty new looking hotel. Cedric at the front desk was friendly and courteous. Would stay here again.
A decent Hilton. Basic airport stay over. The coffee shop connected to the Hotel is ridiculously overpriced. Just brew a cup in you're room it will be free and will be just as good.
Convenient hotel near the airport. Airport shuttles are helpful. Antonia at the front desk made check in process very easy. I had a few special requests that she took care of with a smile!
The rooms were clean, the front desk lady was very friendly and helpful. The location was convenient but not the best part of town although we did not have any problems. The $16.95 breakfast buffet was comparable to the standard complimentary breakfast offered at many hotels, so it didn’t feel worth the additional cost on top of the $150+ nightly rate.
